Assurance Communications Supervisor

Internal Communications Manager

Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication programs that align with the Assurance service line priorities as well as the broader firm.

Support the development of communications deliverables for Assurance, including leadership announcements, messaging frameworks and cascades, articles for the intranet and other internal platforms.

Support project management for the communications team, including maintaining status trackers and participating in weekly team stand ups.

Support other communications team members with various projects, including working within delivery time frames, escalating project risks, and coordinating content releases against an editorial/project calendar.

Previous experience in a similar role is required. Previous Big 4 or professional services experience preferred.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to deliver clear and effective messaging for diverse audiences.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage-up and own projects with oversight from communications teams against a communications plan.

Must possess strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify what needs to be done to achieve objectives in a matrixed environment.
