Location:
Alaska ($20,000 Relocation Bonus)

- Lead Multi-Shop Operations
- Own P&L health by forecasting, monitoring, and taking action to hit targets.
- Standardize SOPs (safety, quality, Waybook) to ensure consistent, audit‑ready performance.
- Elevate Teams & Talent
- Coach Location Managers with weekly one‑on‑ones and clear development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability and support. Your shops will have industry‑leading retention.
- Champion Customer Experience
- Maintain ≥4.8 Google rating and grow each store's customer database by 5%+.
- Embed "go the extra mile" practices so every client feels valued.
- Drive Community & Brand
- Build local partnerships and represent Simard as a servant‑leader in your markets.
- Implement marketing and outreach initiatives that resonate with Alaskan communities.
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on, comprehensive auto‑repair management—ASE certifications preferred.
- Multi-Shop Operator: Proven success overseeing 3–7 locations independently.
- People-Focused Leader: Energetic coach who elevates direct reports and their teams.
- Self-Starter: Identifies opportunities, executes solutions, and holds yourself and others accountable.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with financials, KPIs, and scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
- Community Builder: Passion for Alaska's communities and committed to local engagement.
- Computer Literate: Strong competence in using computers and technology.
