This is a year-round position, intended to be permanent and remain on board after 2026. Outstanding candidates will be considered for promotion to the Coordinated Campaign Director role.
The path to Democratic majorities in the nation's capitol runs through Alaska: we have incredible flip opportunities for both the US Senate and US Congress, plus an open Governor's race and a suite of legislative races statewide that will be key to maintaining and growing the Democratic members of the bipartisan majority coalitions.

- Lead the field program, including managing the budget and hiring and managing field organizers for the Coordinated Campaign
- Analyze incoming data and track progress of all field efforts
- Coordinate and communicate well with field directors of statewide campaigns, caucus programs, and external allied partners
- Building and leveraging key relationships on the ground across the state
- Two-plus years of campaign experience, one in a leadership position
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Experience using a voter file (VAN preferred)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced but fulfilling environment, which includes evening and weekend hours

- Must be a motivated, strategic, positive problem-solver, and self-starter with a proven ability to motivate others
REQUIRED:
- Experience working in Alaska communities, or in rural communities
