Pay Range - $99,000 – $126,000 + $10K Sign-On Bonus + Up to $10K Relocation Assistance

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and improving patient care? We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to support and develop nursing staff in a dynamic acute care environment.

• Provide clinical education and support to new hires, experienced staff, and students
• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation programs, staff development, and continuing education
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff, supporting complex patient care and medication administration
• Act as a liaison between nursing teams and leadership
  , ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Identify clinical practice gaps through data analysis and implement targeted improvements
• Support the adoption of evidence-based practices, new protocols, and clinical innovations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

• Nursing degree required (
  BSN preferred
  )
• Certifications:
• • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Minimum 5+ years of RN experience in acute care (preferred)
