As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive, culturally sensitive care across the lifespan. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska
• Required current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or obtained within first months as required for new graduates or new specialty nurses)
• Competency in operating room nursing within required timelines
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive patient assessment, plan of care, and delivery of perioperative interventions
• Coordinate operating room workflow as a circulator nurse, ensuring readiness and safety
• Advocate for patient needs and collaborate with the surgical team
• Document assessments and outcomes precisely
• Adhere to Alaska Board of Nursing scope, policies, and evidence-based standards
