Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
AK license required at time of submittal
5 years professional nursing experience
Minimum 2 years as staff RN in immunotherapy/CHEMO
1 year with supervisory responsibilities
High school diploma or GED
Valid, current, full and unrestricted RN license
ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide oversight for the financial performance of assigned departments and develop annual budgets.
Coordinate orientation and skill development for new nursing staff, ensuring proper performance evaluations.
Assign patient care based on individual needs and staff qualifications, and recommend staffing changes as needed.
Implement and administer policies, procedures, and standards for nursing services while collaborating with other healthcare providers.
Facilitate quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Assist in staff training and career development, holding individuals accountable for completing required competencies and trainings.
