Registered Nurse – Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy

Schedule:

M-F days

Assignment Details:

Contract length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 40

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state required at the time of submission
• 5 years of professional nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years as a staff RN in chemotherapy/immunotherapy
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial performance of assigned departments and practices.
• Coordinate nursing service orientation of new staff and monitor skills development.
• Manage patient care assignments and revise staffing standards as needed.
• Facilitate quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with patient care standards.
• Provide management and leadership for assigned departments and staff.
• Support ongoing education and competency validation for staff.

Compliance with regulatory agency standards will be required.
