Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

• Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into test scenarios
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UI testing
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Katalon
• Validate REST APIs using Postman / REST Assured
• Participate in BDD (Cucumber / Gherkin) test development
• Execute tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI)
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Ensure test coverage for web, mobile, and backend services
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
• Hands-on experience with API testing
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience testing SaaS or enterprise applications
• Knowledge of SQL and basic Linux commands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with AI-based or data-driven platforms
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• ISTQB / SAFe / CSPO certification
