QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience testing Salesforce and Certinia (formerly Financial Force) PSA solutions. This individual will be responsible for validating enhancements across project standardization initiatives, PSA feature enablement, integrations, automation, reporting, and ongoing platform upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce and Certinia PSA enhancements.
• Validate project architecture configurations, including Parent-Child project structures and Single Project models.
• Test opportunity-to-project automation workflows and template-driven project creation processes.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across Certinia PSA modules.
• Validate engagement-level reporting, governance controls, audit tracking, and system security requirements.
• Test native PSA features including time entry, resource management, forecasting, billing controls, and dashboards.
• Ensure existing Net Suite integrations and revenue recognition processes remain unaffected by new enhancements.
• Support testing efforts for Certinia package upgrades and platform releases.
• Document defects, track remediation efforts, and partner closely with Product, Business Operations, and Development teams.
• Contribute to test automation where feasible and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
