SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented qualitative researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily responsible for moderating qualitative research sessions aimed at informing the development of Company’s Marketplace's products within the context of our rolling research program. They will also serve as backup in the recruitment process as needed.
Responsibilities- Plan qualitative research studies: work with UX researchers to clarify their research topics for an upcoming study, write the discussion guide, facilitate sessions while ensuring the smooth execution of research sessions with buyers and sellers.
- Quickly analyze data and produce summarized reports.
- Ensure all legal requirements such as NDAs are fulfilled before sessions.
- Serve as a backup for the Research Program Coordinator for using internal recruiting systems to schedule and confirm participants for the research sessions.
- Strong moderating skills with 2 to 4 years of experience in moderating qualitative research.
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar SaaS survey tools.
- Qualitative recruiting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $45.00 - $46.97/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
