You’ll manage TS/SCI visit requests, conduct SCI indoctrinations, and collaborate with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA CAS) to adjudicate eligibility and resolve investigative findings. • Lead and administer SCI Personnel and Physical Security Programs for 11 AF
• Conduct SCI indoctrinations and manage access control for SCIFs and SCI‑cleared personnel
• Monitor DISS and Scattered Castles for clearance verification and derogatory data
• Coordinate escorts and execute audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Develop and maintain SCIF documentation (FFC, TEMPEST, CSP, MSP)
• Process TS//SCI visit requests and liaise with DCSA CAS for adjudication and eligibility
• Deliver training and guidance to subordinate unit SSOs
• Support Program Compliance Review (PCR) inspections and readiness initiatives

• Active TS/SCI clearance required on day one
• Minimum 5 years of DoD security experience in military or intelligence environments
• Associate’s degree
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DoD clearance systems (DISS, Scattered Castles)
• Deep knowledge of ICD 704, ICD 705, and DoDM 5105.21 Vols 2 & 3
• Experience with DIA SCIF authorization and security protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in a security‑related discipline
• SPeD Security Fundamentals Certification
• ICD 705 Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification
• Security Asset Protection Professional Certification
• PMP Certification
