These professionals will assist with the maintenance and repair of marine engines, machinery, and related equipment, ensuring vessels operate safely and efficiently. • Analytical skills and aptitude for problem-solving
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Valid, unexpired First Aid/CPR certification
• Must pass a security background check and DOT drug test
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to walk on uneven deck surfaces and climb vertical ladders
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays during tour season
• Adherence to company and US Coast Guard drug & alcohol policies

• Welding and/or fabrication experience
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
• Direct experience with marine diesel engines
• Mechanical experience – diesel and/or marine
