Arctic Drillers – Winter Rotation – Alaska Statewide
Nordic Calista is hiring drillers for its Winter 2025–2026 Arctic exploration season across Alaska. This is a physically demanding, safety-driven role involving direct supervision of rig crews and execution of drilling programs under harsh conditions. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of rig experience and a strong understanding of well control and safety procedures.

- High school diploma or GED
- IADC Well Control Certification – Drilling Ops Supervisor Level
- At least 5 years of rig experience with 2 years as derrickman or motorman
- First aid and H2S certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical function assessment
- Eligibility for North Slope Training Cooperative card
- 1+ year experience as relief driller if seeking promotion from within
- Strong knowledge of Arctic drilling conditions and operations
- Commitment to safety, mentorship, and compliance
