Heavy Equipment Mechanics - Rotational Schedule - Camp + FIFO - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Worley is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics for rotational positions based in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These roles involve maintaining and repairing heavy and light equipment in a remote Arctic environment, with a focus on safety and reliability. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, thrive in challenging conditions, and be committed to supporting oilfield operations.

• Minimum five (5) years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, or associate degree/certification in diesel/heavy equipment technology with two (2) years of experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurability by Worley auto insurer
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, and lift/push/pull up to 90 lbs. in harsh Arctic conditions
• Ability to work safely at heights and use fall protection
• Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and environmental policies

• Experience working with remote North Slope operations
