Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technicians - Prudhoe Bay - 3x3 - Camp - North Slope, AK

This company is seeking General Maintenance Technicians for their Prudhoe Bay camp facility on the North Slope. The role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment in a remote, rotational environment. Ideal candidates will have strong industrial maintenance experience, relevant trade licenses, and the ability to work safely and independently in challenging conditions.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum five (5) years industrial maintenance experience (training may be substituted on a case by case basis)
• License in one of: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry
• Valid driver license meeting insurance criteria
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS)
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
• Pass pre-hire drug test, breath alcohol test, occupational fitness test, background check, and computer-based testing
• Ability to work 11.5 hour shifts for a minimum of 21 consecutive days as required

• Forklift training
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) Card
• HVAC or refrigeration training
• Previous CMMS experience
