The Foreman Tower Technicianprovidesleadershipandhands -onsupportfortelecommunicationsandconstructionprojectsinthefield.
Thispositionisresponsibleforcoordinatingdailyjobsiteactivities,ensuringsafetycompliance,directingfieldcrews,andmaintainingprojectschedules,materials,and equipment.
The Foreman Tower Technicianworkscloselywith Project Managers ,General Foremen,customers,andcrewmemberstoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithcompanyandcustomerrequirements.
Thisrolerequiresextensivefieldexperience,strongtechnicalknowledge,andtheabilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision.
- Leadandcoordinatedailyfieldoperationsandjobsiteactivities
- Ensureallsafetypolicies,procedures,andsite-specificrequirementsarefollowed
- Directandsupportfieldcrewstoensureworkiscompletedsafelyandefficiently
- Reviewprojectdrawings,blueprints,technical manuals,andcustomerspecifications
- Coordinate materials,tools,equipment,andpersonnelneededforprojectexecution
- Monitorprojectprogressandcommunicateupdatesto Project Manager sand General Foremen
- PerformandoverseeRFtesting,troubleshooting,anddocumentationactivities
- Supporttowerconstruction,civil construction,andtelecommunicationsinfrastructureprojects
- Ensureaccuratecompletionofdailyreports,documentation,photographs,and timesheets
- Maintainprojectschedules,budgets,anddeliverablerequirements
- Assistwithproblem-solvingandfieldissueresolution
- Maintaincompanyvehicles,tools,andequipmentinsafeworkingcondition
- Promoteapositiveworkenvironmentandhighlevelsofcustomersatisfaction
- Minimumofeight(8) yearsofconstructionexperiencewiththeabilitytointerpretblueprintsandprojectlayouts
- Minimumofeight(8) yearsofRFTechnicianexperience
- Completionofthe New Horizons Journeyman Technicianprogramorequivalentexperience
- ExperienceusingRFtestequipmentincludingwattmeters,spectrum analyzers,sweep equipment,andPIMtestingequipment
- Abilitytoleadcrewsandworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
- Strong organizational,communication,and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplicationsanddigitalreportingtools
- Abilitytounderstandandapplyadvancedconstructionandtelecommunicationsmethodologies
- High School Diplomaorequivalent
- Post-secondaryeducationinarelatedfield
- Previoussupervisoryorcrewleadershipexperience
- Experienceworkingonremotetelecommunicationsinfrastructureprojects
- Tower Climbing Certification
- Rigging Certification
- OSHA
30 - CPR/First Aid Certification
- Radio Frequency Awareness Training
