• 12+ years custom software development experience with 4+ years as a lead developer or architect role.
• Skill needed GCP, Tanzu, Java, Spring and legacy apps  and moving those over to Next Genn apps.
• Java and JavaScript experience required.

• Proven experience working with all layers of application development.
• Significant experience with distributed computing and message-based systems.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies Proficiency in data modeling and API design Proficiency in application/platform security Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Tanzu, SaaS integrations with custom software development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
• Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that support and enhance business and technologies strategies.
• Documents and publishes technology and infrastructure reference architecture, standards and roadmaps, technology simplification strategy and planning, technology lifecycle management.
• Defines and rationalizes the technology and security infrastructure that supports the application solutions/tools.
• Provide architecture consultations, technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, designers, and developers.
• Owns technical plan, architecture, techniques, and outcomes of scalability, stability, performance, security, and operational insight.
• Engages in proof of technology activities to evaluate technical options and ensure potential solutions meet core capability needs.
