Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer requests, service requirements, and available resources.;
Monitor vehicle routes and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.;
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams.;
Use GPS tracking systems and other tools to monitor vehicle locations and driver performance; record key metrics and generate reports.;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and coordinate with maintenance for vehicle inspections.
