Compensation: $31.06 per hour

- Receive, allocate, distribute, and record work orders upon customer requests.
- Schedule preventative maintenance work orders in Fleetbosse according to the requirement schedule.
- Determine priority levels and distribute service requests accordingly.
- Conduct daily muster with facilities personnel to ensure understanding of assigned service orders.
- Create and maintain working service order lists for personnel who finish service work orders and still have time for additional work.
- Maintain and update Fleetbosse information regarding service requests.
- Input employee daily sheet information into Fleetbosse (Man Hours).
- Input facility credit card purchases into Fleetbosse.
- Allocate Tessera vehicle keys to the crew for daily operations.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of HVAC or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office.
- Professional and courteous customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions for several hours.
- Standing or sitting for extended periods, climbing in and out of vehicle, and up/down stairs.
- Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
- Valid state driver’s license required; must obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Driver’s license must be REAL
-compliant or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ). - Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
- Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
