Shuttle and Supply Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments and distributing products to appropriate vessels.
• Organizing and storing supply items.
• Driving company shuttles and transporting crew members between designated locations on schedule.
• Arriving at work on time to maintain shuttle schedule.
• Answering questions regarding port/tour area/company while driving guests.
• Maintaining procedural systems to distribute products and supplies to vessels and crew.
• Maintaining clean and orderly storage facilities, mopping floors, facing warehouse shelves, keeping products available to employees.
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles (vacuuming, detailing, washing, etc.) and filling gas tanks.
• Restocking shared facilities such as office space and restrooms.
• Providing on‑site recycling organization and coordinating recycling schedule.
• Regular propane tank fill‑ups for lodge.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned by the business.

• Good command of the English language and ability to provide friendly guest service and etiquette.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Solid teamwork skills with ability to take direction.
• Must pass a security background check and a 4‑panel pre‑employment drug test.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality, travel, tourism, or transportation industries.
• 5 years of U.S. driving experience with a valid driver’s license (not necessarily Alaska State) and a safe driving record for the past 3 years.

Moderate to loud noise levels, all weather conditions, frequent use of rain gear, noise and temperature consistent with a busy shared warehouse‑type space.

• Required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk on uneven deck surfaces and cross from vessel to vessel.
• Ability to walk up to 2 miles in a day on hard, sometimes slippery surfaces.

A fast‑paced and dynamic environment with a diverse workforce, requiring a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays during the tour season.
