In this role, you’ll join a fun, team-oriented environment while helping keep Alaska’s ferry system moving. As a Ferry Terminal Agent 1, you’ll assist Alaskan residents and visitors with ticketing, reservations, boarding, and passenger information, while also supporting vessel operations by tying and untying vessels, operating the hydraulic ramp, staging vehicles for loading, and maintaining an organized terminal.
