We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Plumber to join their team in Sittingbourne Kent.

• Fault Diagnosis:
  Attend on-site visits to identify the root cause of shower breakdowns or leaks.
• Repairs & Replacements:
  Safely disassemble units to repair or replace faulty parts, including heating elements, cartridges, and digital shower boxes.
• Plumbing & Electrical Work:
  Isolate water and electrical supplies, safely disconnect and reconnect pipework and wiring (often requiring basic electrical certification).

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi in social housing or similar environment.
• City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing level 2 (desirable).
• Knowledge of NHF Sors desirable.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert. (Desirable).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience using a PDA, good IT skills with experience using job scheduling software.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check - with no unspent criminal convictions.
• Full, UK, manual driving license.
