- Bonus: Easy, uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£1,000 per month / £12,000 per year)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Early 7:00 AM start | Finish early at 4:30 PM | NO WEEKENDS)

Role OverviewSeeking a Diagnostic Technician / Van Specialist Mechanic to join our busy Sittingbourne commercial vehicle team. You will lead high-level electronic fault-finding, system diagnostics, complex mechanical repairs, and hybrid/EV troubleshooting on light commercial vehicles while enjoying an early 4:30 PM finish every day.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or strong time-served diagnostic experience).
- Proven diagnostic ability in electronic troubleshooting, fault-finding, and complex mechanical repairs.
- Positive attitude and a strong hunger to continue upskilling with advanced manufacturer certifications.
- Full UK driving licence & own tools.
- Base: Sittingbourne area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A2, A249, and M2, offering fast commutes across North and Mid Kent.
- Public Transport: Close proximity to Sittingbourne mainline station and local bus corridors.
- Commutable From: Sittingbourne, Faversham, Isle of Sheppey, Rainham, Gillingham, Maidstone, and Chatham.
