Your main patch will be Keighley and Skipton, though you may occasionally travel across Yorkshire.

• £35,878.48 per year based on a 37.5-hour week, plus opportunities for overtime and call-out pay
• 26 days annual leave (rising each year to 31), plus Bank Holidays, and the option to buy or sell leave

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running—confident across a range of trade skills and experienced in repairs and maintenance. Experience with in social housing is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is the skillset and positive attitude you bring to the team.
