Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This administrative role is vital in ensuring the efficient management of inventory systems and processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of supplies.
- Utilize inventory management software to monitor stock movements, perform audits, and analyze inventory trends.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline inventory processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and processing inventory documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and discrepancies, addressing issues promptly.
- Support the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to enhance overall performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory management, including data entry, reporting, and communications with internal teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in tracking inventory data and trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
