• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance our wholesale market presence.
• Proactively reach out and cold call to expand our network of wholesale clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, providing outstanding customer service from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities for growth and present tailored solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure smooth communication on orders and projects.
• Handle all aspects of the account lifecycle, including follow‑ups, after‑sales support, and troubleshooting client concerns.

• Proven experience in account management and customer service, preferably in wholesale markets.
