You will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients, working closely with our dentists to ensure the best possible care.

Schedule
  • Mon 8:30 am‑5:00 pm
  • Tues 7:30 am‑5:00 pm
  • Wed 7:30 am‑5:00 pm
  • Thurs 8:30 am‑5:00 pm
  • Fri 7:30 am‑1:00 pm
  • 1 Saturday per month 7:30 am‑2:00 pm
Compensation
  • $40‑$60+ per hour plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan

Requirements
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
  • Anesthetic certification
  • Compliance with OSHA sterilization protocols
  • CPR certification
  • Computer efficiency—charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
  • Integrity‑focused work ethic
  • Team‑player attitude
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Open‑minded to new systems, techniques, direction, and feedback
