Our lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes, planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents to provide quality service.

• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities
• Maintain classroom safety and organization
• Communicate with parents on child progress and classroom events
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas
• Support professional development and continuous improvement

• Feel a sense of accomplishment witnessing children’s laughter and wonder
• Observe children’s interests and co‑create engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily through apps and discussions
• Engage with colleagues and grow professionally

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of related experience (preferred)
• Successfully completed state‑required pre‑service training
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and faculty
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. in support of child care programs
• Background check eligibility
