A growing real estate management company is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its corporate finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role is responsible for maximizing rental revenue, occupancy, and collections across a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, real estate experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute strategies to optimize rent, occupancy, and collection performance
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent increase notices
- Conduct market analysis to support pricing and revenue decisions
- Ensure compliance with lease documentation and regulatory requirements
- Manage delinquency performance and provide solutions to property teams
- Utilize systems (e.g., Docu Sign, rent roll platforms) to track and audit charges
- Partner with asset management and operations to achieve financial goals
- Provide analysis, reports, and insights to leadership on revenue trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of direct reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- 5–7+ years of experience in corporate real estate or property management finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of leases across multiple states is a plus
- Proven leadership experience with direct reports
- Competitive salary ($85K–$105K, based on experience)
- Hybrid schedule: 50% in-office / 50% remote (subject to change)
