Overview

Join Behavior Technician at Total Spectrum, LLC – part‑time in Pilsen, Chicago, IL
. Elevate children with autism through play‑based applied behavior analysis (ABA). Starting pay $20/hr with potential for full‑time promotion in as little as three months.

• Deliver ABA therapy to children 2‑22 with autism or special needs in homes, schools, or center settings.
• Assist families in achieving developmental, communication, socialization, and self‑help goals.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client documentation and progress reports.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements: M‑F 8:00‑7:30 p.m., with weekend or Saturday availability a bonus.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation; personal vehicle preferred.
• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn ABA, autism, and learning differences.
• Preferred: bilingual (English/Spanish), background in psychology, education, or related field, experience childcare or tutoring.
• Interest in pursuing RBT certification and future advancement.

• Starting pay $20/hr with potential raise based on experience.
• Eligibility for RBT certification program.
• Paid time off after 90 days of full‑time employment (up to 15 days).
• Part‑time sick leave.
