Orchard Village is looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. A DSP helps clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you can make a profound impact on someone's life.
Pay rate: $23.10/hr.
These positions have a varied weekly schedule and do not have a specific house assignment; instead s/he will be assigned where most needed.
All applicants must have:- a driver's license with a clean driving record
- a high school diploma, GED, or evaluated foreign degree
- a clear criminal background (or DPH waiver)
- must be flexible and have reliable transportation
- must be a DSP on the Healthcare Worker Registry
- open shift availability required
A typical day includes meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene, and working on goals.
