Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Campus Recruiter, based in Skokie, IL. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building relationships with college students and faculty, executing recruitment strategies, and attracting top talent for internship and entry-level opportunities. The role includes attending on-campus events, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring goals. Additionally, the Campus Recruiter will contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand and using data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and interview processes
  • Ability to organize campus events and collaborate with academic institution representatives
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and data, along with problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field preferred
  • Experience in campus recruitment or early-career program development is a plus
