Job Summary: As the Director, Business Applications at Endeavor Health, you will lead development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation of solutions in areas of responsibility. Responsibilities include full lifecycle management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to align technology solutions with organizational goals. Focus areas include Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. Staying updated on industry solutions and advocating best practices is essential.

What You Will Do:

• Drive end-to-end activities for the solutions portfolio and lead high-performance teams.
• Provide direction for solution implementation, including planning, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic needs and guide specifications.
• Participate in governance committees and collaborate with vendors.
• Mentor direct reports and oversee budgets, policies, and talent management.
• Stay current on market technologies and promote relevant implementations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve complex HR, technical, or communication issues independently.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare or related industries.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Preferred experience with Workday (5+ years) and Salesforce (3+ years).
• Excellent communication, technical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
