On-Site Property Manager

You Will Be Reporting To:
Director of Management Services

We are a dynamic and fast-paced residential property management company offering full-service management solutions to the condominium associations, homeowner associations and townhome associations we serve in Chicago and the outlying suburbs. We are looking to expand our team with talented and effective professionals to continue serving the needs of our clients.

• Facilitates and oversees all property operations, including Board directives, homeowner matters and vendor relations.
• Interacts well with people; possesses ability to act swiftly and appropriately with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

• Residential on-site or portfolio property management experience preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized, solution-oriented professional
• Effective communication and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word; adapts easily to other software programs
• Team player with a great sense of humor
• State of Illinois Community Association Manager license preferred, but willingness to obtain necessary
