Pay Ranges from $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, uses the JD Edwards system to input receivers, loads and unloads trucks, retrieves and stores materials in the warehouse, counts and boxes parts, and makes necessary inventory transactions.

• Uses computer for specific programs and websites
• Reports shortages and damaged materials
• Selects routing and carrier when not specified by customer
• Arranges for pick-up carrier utilizing websites, phone, and email
• Makes out bills of lading, following standard procedures
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Uses hand trucks and power trucks to move materials
• Counts and boxes production utilizing scales or similar packaging equipment
• Maintains cleanliness of department and immediate outside area
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Ability to read and write to follow quality and related instructions
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; performs the four operations with like common decimals and fractions

• Prepares shipment documentation for outgoing parts and finished products
• Schedules 3rd party trucks and coordinates customer pick-ups
• Completes shipping transactions in system
• Coordinates all daily customer shipments per their scheduled ship dates ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy
• Receives incoming material and processes receiving receipts in a timely and accurate basis
• Helps with cycle count processes and proper inventory management
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership

• Must exercise necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and safety of others

• Must be customer focused
• Must be able to read, write, basic math skills and strong computer knowledge (i.e. navigate through multiple systems and working knowledge of Excel, Word, Email and other software programs)
• Must be able to comprehend and follow documented procedures
• Extensive system knowledge
• Must be able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Must be a certified forklift operator or able to be certified
• Must have a focus on Quality and accuracy
• Must be able to work independently and be self-directed with his/her workload
