** What You’ll Do
** As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Skokie, IL. You’ll get to:

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
* Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures
* Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
* Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies
* Recognize and solve minor problems that arise
* Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job
* Perform other duties that may be assigned

*** Ability to perform basic math – add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals
* Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
* Strong attention to detail
* Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
* Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction
* Flexibility in work assignments
* Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
* Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
* Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily
* Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
