We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Manufacturing Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by running equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this position could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines.
- Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
- Inspect products for defects and maintain consistent quality control.
- Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a repetitive‑motion environment.
- Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision, being a team player.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environments (preferred but not always required).
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
- Shift – 3rd Shift & 2nd Shift Available
- Pay differential for 3rd and 2nd Shifts
- May require overtime, weekends, or rotating schedules based on production needs.
- Manufacturing floor environment with noise, machinery, and occasional exposure to production material components.
- Ability to grow and advance within manufacturing environment including additional pay increases with additional responsibilities.
