Clinical Coordinator
LocationEvanston Hospital
Hours11:30 pm - 7:30 am
Responsibilities Include- Contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience
- Managing daily clinical operations and workflow
- Providing direct patient care when necessary
- Ensuring quality care outcomes for specific clinical areas
- Leading and mentoring care team to deliver individualized care and prepare patients for discharge
- Overseeing staff development through teaching, coaching, and counseling
- Leading clinical performance management
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required;
Master’s preferred - Current IL nursing license required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience; management experience preferred
