Our retail team members help to create a warm in-store experience to help make moments special with our premium chocolates.

• Retail team members are responsible for generating sales and providing customer service.
• Operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager.
• Contribute to a warm in-store experience for customers and ensure product quality and care are at the heart of the customer journey.

The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
