The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, prompt arrival.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours/week preferred; hours up to 12 per week normally, up to 21 during peak, never exceeding 30.

• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations.
• Craft loyal fans through authentic engagement and fostering lasting connections.
• Uphold merchandising and operational standards for smooth, on-brand operation.
• Deliver on KPIs, fully cross‑trained, mentor/support new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.

Hourly rate: $15.00–$16.50 per hour (commensurate with experience). Bonus potential, 401(k) plan, service credits, and product discounts.

Hybrid:
Work shifts vary; typical base hours up to 12 per week, peak weeks up to 21, never exceeding 30. Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
