Job SummaryLove sports, fashion, and being in the middle of the action? Rally House is looking for a Team Sales Lead who’ll set the tone, deliver exceptional service, and keep the store running smoothly while supporting leadership with operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing: shift management, lead others.
- Customer service: ensure customers remain the top priority.
- Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies.
- Merchandising: meet visual standards, floor moves, organize, game‑plan and execute.
- Ability to lead others.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented and enthusiastic.
- Basic functional skills with digital devices and online applications.
- Growth mindset and outgoing personality.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- 1–2 years retail experience.
- Training and coaching experience preferred.
- Availability: 10–20 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
- Physical requirements:
stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, differentiate colors, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds. - Hourly pay: $16.00–$21.00.
