Seasonal Fulfillment Support Associate - Orchard

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations by processing merchandise, preparing customer orders, and maintaining efficient stockroom and sales-floor workflows. Provides welcoming customer service and contributes to store initiatives and events.

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for customer orders.
• Pack shipments using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Use store technology and support operations during major events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and learn technology.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
