Role and Location
Level 3 Early Years Practitioners – RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Cranwell, Sleaford NG34 8HB
Hourly rate: £13.18 – £13.87, 39 hours per week

We are a family‑focused nursery network with 21 settings. Our staff are carefully selected for their caring nature and expertise. We support every child, especially those in military families, by providing confidence‑building experiences.
Atypical Day Responsibilities- Plan and deliver EYFS learning outcomes through fun, educational activities
- Update and maintain accurate Ofsted‑compliant records
- Act as the designated key worker for a group of children
- Collaborate with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
Secure a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check on appointment and every three years thereafter.
