AP Accounting Representative

This role is in Textron System's Finance business area.

Responsibilities:

• Support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution; which includes the review of invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals.
• Respond to supplier e-mails, assist with 1099s and with other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct self in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft word processing software skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies without deviating
• Basic knowledge of the job responsibilities derived from on the job experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience preferred

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range for this position is $44,300 - $64,900 per year.
