What You’ll Do- Be the face of the service department by welcoming guests with professionalism and energy.
- Act as the trusted liaison between customers and our certified technicians.
- Clearly communicate repair and maintenance needs using a consultative, integrity‑driven approach.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and value.
- Generate accurate service estimates and upsell additional services that truly benefit the customer.
- Proactively follow up throughout the repair process to keep customers informed and confident.
- Review completed repairs with the customer and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Handle minor concerns quickly and communicate major issues to management.
- Maintain exceptional CSI scores by consistently delivering on expectations.
- Prior Service Advisor or customer‑facing experience in an automotive environment strongly preferred.
- A high level of professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with DMS systems and service scheduling software a plus.
