We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to join our dental practice. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong front desk experience and a solid background in dental insurance verification, claims processing, and treatment coordination. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient service while ensuring smooth administrative and insurance operations.

• $16 - $20 per hour

  Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 2+ years of practice

Bilingual communication skills preferred

• Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage
• Submit insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and follow up on unpaid claims
• Present treatment plans and explain patient financial responsibilities
• Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Resolve insurance discrepancies and communicate updates to patients
