Responsibilities
As a Spa Concierge at Woodhouse Spa, you are the first impression of the spa—welcoming guests, confirming details of their visit, guiding them through enhancements and retail options, and elevating the guest experience. This role goes beyond check‑in/check‑out; it’s about creating memorable moments, supporting our service team, and driving spa performance. Ideal candidates are warm, detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and passionate about hospitality.
Sales experience is required.
$12.00 per hour plus commission on retail and enhancements.
QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales; sales experience is required.
