Summary

The Production Technician Level B is designated as a midline Production Technician position.

• Follows all policies and procedures
• Demonstrate ability to exceed performance of production technician level C duties and responsibilities
• Rebuild all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Ability to fully dynometer test all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Use and excellent proficiency on Allison Extranet
• Repair all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Must have reflash account
• Recognize bad/defective parts
• Must have all necessary legacy and 10K rebuild tools (non-Allison specialty tools)
• Receive daily assignments from supervisor
• Organized record keeping or some filing may be required
• Other duties may be assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired
• Clean driving record desired
• Company forklift certification
• E-learn online training complete
• Strong mechanical ability
• 75% knowledge of transmission operation and functions

• Good reading, writing, and verbal skills
