Island Operating is actively seeking experienced Lease Operator
to join our team supporting oil and gas operations in West Texas and New Mexico
.
- Minimum 5 years of production operating experience
- Experience operating and maintaining production equipment
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
- Must be able to safely work in H₂S environments
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with operations personnel
- 14/14 rotation
