Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant (RA) – Summerfield Retirement Community (Slidell)

Summerfield of Slidell is looking for compassionate individuals to provide excellent care with the highest standards to our residents in our Independent and Assisted Living facility. Must have a passion and drive to serve seniors and make a difference in their lives each day.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1‑year minimum experience working as an RA/CNA
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Respond to residents' call system promptly and courteously
• Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow‑up as required
• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Teamwork is a must
• Demonstrate good decision‑making skills

Job type:
Full Time (All shifts, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; must be able to work every other weekend)

Pay rate: $13.00 hourly
